Delivery Information

All postage charges shown are for delivery to mainland UK excluding Scottish Highlands, Isles and Northern Island

Koi Logic Web Orders - Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery on all stock items ordered before 2pm.

• Our courier parcels are delivered by TNT Express or DPD. The couriers aim (but not guarantee) to deliver parcels on the following next day from our despatch. All parcels have to be signed for. Our fish are delivered by APC who are certified to carry live fish.

• At the time of delivery please inspect your parcel for any damage, shortages or incorrect items.

• If you find the parcel to be damaged or a shortage you must clearly write this on the drivers paperwork, all parcels signed "Un-Checked" will not be accepted for a claim, although damage is extremely rare, it can happen when sending goods by courier.

• We have to be notified within 7 days if there are any problems with the delivery, and, or shortages or incorrect items in the parcel.

• At certain times of the year, due to large quantities of customer ordering we can become out of stock of certain items from time to time.

• We will contact you ASAP to let you know the expected delivery date of such items that are out of stock.

• Please note that some items are exceptionally heavy, bulky or long, and so may incurr an additional charge. Where possible this will be indicated on the item. The charge will show on checkout.

• Any customer choosing to have a parcel left un-signed will do so at their own risk. ie, "leave on doorstep", "leave by side gate" ect.

• A surcharge of £1.50 will be applied to any glass item such as UV Quartz sleeves and UV Tubes. 

Koi Logic Web Orders - Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Postage

Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class Postage on all stock items ordered before 2pm. (Small parcels only weighing less than 1kg including all packaging)

• Royal Mail aim to deliver all small parcels within 2-3 working days from our despatch.
• At the time of delivery please inspect your parcel for any damage, shortages or incorrect items.
• We have to be notified within 7 days if there are any problems with the delivery, and, or shortages or incorrect items in the parcel.
• At certain times of the year, due to large quantities of customer ordering we can become out of stock of certain items from time to time.
• We will contact you ASAP to let you know the expected delivery date of such items that are out of stock.
• Please note that some items are lightweight and considered small, but are of high value so can only be despatched by courier.

Koi Logic subsidised Royal Mail charge for web orders are as follows:

Koi Logic Direct - Live Ogata Koi Next Day Delivery

• All Live Koi Deliveries are to mainland U.K. only.

• All Ogata Koi are sent by APC courier overnight for delivery Next Day, before 12pm.

• APC is only able to deliver Live Fish on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

• Ogata Koi delivered Next Day by courier will require a signature for the delivery.

• Due to the nature of delivering Live Koi you have to be available in person to accept your delivery on the agreed date and time.

• To purchase a box of Ogata Koi for direct delivery we will require the following information from you. Name, address, postcode, phone number, credit card information, delivery date and reference number for the box of Koi you would like to purchase.

Returns Information

Product Returns
Any returns must be sent securely wrapped in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Please call us before returning any items.
All items returned that are not faulty will be subjected to a 10% handling fee. All postage costs for returned items which are not faulty will be paid for by the customer.

Koi Logic will only cover up to a maximum of £7.50 for any postage claim.
