Koi Logic Direct - Terms for the delivery of Ogata Koi - Next Day.

As the Sole U.K. Import Agent for the Ogata Koi Farm, Japan, Koi Logic has many years experience importing and handling 100s of thousands of Ogata Koi, giving you peace of mind knowing your purchased Koi will arrive in safe condition.

1. All deliveries are to mainland U.K. only.
2. All Ogata Koi are sent by courier overnight for delivery Next Day, before 10am.
3. Delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
4. All deliveries require signing for and Koi Logic will only accept orders to be delivered to the card holders address. 
5. All Ogata Koi offered for sale have been quarantined at Koi Logic for a minimum of four weeks after arrival from the Ogata Koi Farm, Japan.
6. All Ogata Koi offered for sale will have been checked to ensure they are healthy, feeding well, and full of vitality before being sent.
7. All Ogata Koi are sent in purpose designed cargo boxes as used by the Ogata Koi Farm when sending Koi to Koi Logic, a journey of over 5800 miles and 20 + hours.
8. All bags will be filled with the correct water to oxygen ratio to ensure safe arrival.

10. In the very unlikely event that a Koi is found dead on arrival the following steps must be followed.
11. A photograph of the dead Koi in the unopened bag must be emailed to sales@koilogic.co.uk before 12pm on the day of arrival.
12. All replacement Koi will be sent on a like for like basis and will be included with your next purchase. Any refunds offered by Koi Logic will be by way of a credit note against you next purchase of Koi.
13. Only claims which have met point 11 will qualify for any form of replacement or credit. All claims will be handled on an individual basis.
14. Once you have signed for the delivery of Koi you will now be deemed the owner of those Koi. The Koi you now own must be cared for, if in doubt please seek advice without delay.
15. Under no circumstances will Koi Logic be held responsible for any Koi you purchase from Koi Logic or existing fish you own, once your new Koi have been introduced to your pond or quarantine system.

Please rest assured, we are a long standing professional company who only purchase Koi from the Ogata Koi Farm, Japan. All Koi held at Koi Logic have only been imported from the Ogata Koi Farm, Japan and have never come in to contact with Koi from any other source. We ensure you of our best intentions at all times.
