Koi Logic Direct - Ogata Koi Next Day Delivery Information All deliveries are to mainland U.K. only. All Ogata Koi are sent by courier overnight for delivery Next Day, before 10am. Ogata Koi delivered Next Day by courier will require a signature for the delivery. Due to the nature of delivering Live Koi we do expect you to be available to accept your delivery on the agreed date and time. When contacting Koi Logic to purchase a box of Ogata Koi for direct delivery we will require the following information from you. Name, Address, Postcode, contact Phone number, credit card information, date for delivery and reference number from the box of Koi you would like to purchase. Koi Logic Web Orders - Delivery Information We aim to offer a next-day delivery on all stock items ordered before 12pm. City Link or APC deliver most of the parcels we send, please note that all parcels have to be signed for. Please inspect your parcel on delivery for any damage or shortages. If you find the parcel to be damaged or a shortage you must clearly write this on the drivers paperwork, all parcels signed "Un-Checked" will not be accepted for a claim, although damage is extremely rare, it can happen when sending goods by courier. At certain times of the year, do to large quantities of customer ordering we can become out of stock of certain items from time to time. We will contact you ASAP to let you know the expected delivery date of such items that are out of stock. Please note that some items are exceptionally heavy or bulky, and so may incurr an additional charge. Where possible this will be indicated on the item, or you will be contacted before we send out the item which is classed as heavy or bulky. ReturnsAny returns must be sent securely wrapped in their original packaging. Please call us before returning any items. All postage costs for returned items which are not faulty will be paid for by the customer. PricingAll product prices shown on this site include VAT at the applicable rate.
