At Koi Logic we can accept your telephone order for the products you would like to purchase 7 days a week, so if your not confident ordering online or would like some technical help at the same time as placing your order then give us a call.

We are always happy to see our customers and welcome you to visit us at our 3acre Koi centre in Upminster Essex. There is plenty to see, with stunning high quality Ogata Koi on display and 1000s of Koi and Pond products in stock.

We will look after you when you visit, so if you need expert advice on Koi Health, building a Koi Pond or just want to pop in for your regular bag of Koi Food, then we are here, to make your hobby more enjoyable.

Then we will contact you within 48 hours to let you know when your products are ready for collection, you can then simply visit us in store to collect your products.

 

* We always aim to deliver your order on a next day delivery, It is unusual for us to be out of stock of products you are ordering, but if this is the case then we will deliver your order asap once the items are in stock. At Koi Logic we work closely with the major manufactures to ensure we do carry stock or can obtain stock quickly to fulfill orders.

** For deliveries to a work address we will require the card holders full address, post code and contact phone number, this is needed for added security when processing card payments.
